Greensboro Coliseum Complex is moving to cashless operations on September 23, 2024.

Beginning September 23, 2024, Greensboro Coliseum Complex will no longer accept cash for parking fees, ticket sales, and concessions.

A debit or credit card will be required for payment. Contactless and mobile payment options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay, will be accepted at most payment terminals.

Cashless operation is the standard in the live entertainment industry, and most major event venues across the nation have moved to cashless operations to improve the guest experience.

The use of credit or debit cards will also result in faster transactions that will reduce the amount of time our guests have to wait in line for concessions and box office sales.

There are no additional fees added-on or charged by Greensboro Coliseum Complex for cashless transactions.
