"In Store Pickup" Option Customers who purchase tickets for Greensboro Coliseum Complex events via Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or Ticketmaster.com have the option to select "in store pickup" as their desired delivery method. Customers who select the in store pickup option can visit any area Ticketmaster outlet to have their tickets printed for them anytime after placing their order through the day and time of the event. Customers must present their order number, govermnent issued photo ID and the credit card used to place the order to claim the tickets.
